The Elite Program is the highest level of the Apostrophee training series, created for high-level, experienced athletes who are ready to push their performance to the next level.

This is the exact 6-week offseason program used by Sh’nia Gordon, professional soccer player, combining the strength, speed, power, and conditioning training she uses to prepare for the physical demands of a professional season.

The Elite Program is recommended for athletes who already have a strong training foundation and experience with advanced strength and conditioning. It can also serve as the progressive next step for athletes who have completed the Performance Program and are ready for a greater training demand. If you are a collegiate or professional athlete, this program is recommended for use during your offseason.
